All orders receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as they leave our warehouse.
Our returns policy
Tried your Warmora piece at home and it’s not quite right? No worries. You can return or exchange it within 30 days.
Check the conditions
Items must be unwashed, unworn (other than trying on), and with original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, visibly worn or damaged items may not be accepted.
Submit your request
Contact us at support@wearwarmora.com with your order number and whether you’d like a refund or an exchange.
Send your parcel back
We’ll send you instructions and the return address. Please pack your item securely to avoid damage in transit and include your order number inside.
Refund or exchange
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange, usually within 3–5 working days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless your order arrived faulty or we made a mistake on our side.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
For UK & EU customers, orders are shipped from within the region and should not incur additional customs fees. For countries outside these zones, local customs rules may apply.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start preparing your order quickly, but if you contact us at support@wearwarmora.com as soon as possible, we’ll do our best to modify or cancel it before it ships.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Simply email us your order number and the item you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll reply with the next steps, return address and any label information if applicable.
My item arrived damaged / faulty — what should I do?
We’re so sorry about that. Please send photos of the issue and your order number to support@wearwarmora.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
