We want you to be completely satisfied with your Warmora items. If something doesn't feel right, we've made returns simple and easy.
Our 90-Day Promise
You have 90 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund or exchange. No questions asked.
We believe in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If it's not right for you, simply send it back.
How to Return
- Email us at returns@wearwarmora.com with your order number
- We'll send you a prepaid return label (UK returns are free)
- Pack your item in its original packaging (or any secure packaging)
- Drop it off at your nearest post office
- Refund processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Returned within 90 days of delivery
We inspect all returns to ensure they meet these conditions. Items showing signs of wear or damage cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? We're happy to exchange your item.
Simply email us at returns@wearwarmora.com with your order number and let us know which item you'd like in exchange. We'll process the exchange and send your new item as soon as we receive your return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
International Returns
For orders outside the UK, please contact us at returns@wearwarmora.com before making any return. Return shipping costs for international orders are the customer's responsibility.
